Kerry Surface opened the Myers Park PERRIS(boutique) in 1991 to cater to those “who enjoy clothing and fashion and want to be a little different from the norm”.

Kendra, her daughter, shares her mothers sense of style and flair for fashion. As Kendra was finishing college Kerry was considering selling PERRIS. Kendra talked her out of the decision and became co-owner of the family business. In 2001 they opened PERRIS at the Arboretum.

The name ‘PERRIS’ is a reference to the fabulous Parisian designer Bernard Perris.

Today Kerry, Kendra and their wonderful staff provide Charlotteans more than just the newest fashions and accessories. They help their patrons discover and refine their own sense of style in a fun, casual and friendly setting.
